Housing Charges
As of October 1, 2017, our Housing Charges (rent) will be as follows:
- 1 Bedroom$960.00 / month
- 2 Bedroom$1,069.00 / month
- 3 Bedroom$1,252.00 / month
Included in this price are: the fridge and stove, central air conditioning and Cable TV with Cogeco – The Digital Value Pack. You are entitled to 1 standard digital boxes at no extra charge. Parking is $30.00 per month per vehicle.
There is a $28.00 NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE. The $28.00 should be submitted by CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER and made payable to ROEDEAN (OAKVILLE) CO-OPERATIVE HOMES INC.
